If the room is cancelled less than 1 day (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.
If the rooms cancelled less than 5 days (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.
If the room is cancelled less than 3 days (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.

Low season ( January, 1 2025 - March, 31 2025; November, 1 2025 – March, 31 2026)
High season (May 12, 2025 – July 27, 2025 except 16.06.2025-21.06.2025 )
The hotel could preauthorise guest's credit card prior to arrival.
Shoulder season ( April 1 ,2025 - May 11, 2025; July 28, 2025 – October 31, 2025):
