If the room is cancelled less than 1 day (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.
If the rooms cancelled less than 5 days (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.
If the room is cancelled less than 3 days (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.

Low season ( January, 1 2024 - March, 31 2024; November, 1 2024 – March, 31 2025)
High season (May 13, 2024 – July 28, 2024 except 04.06.2024-08.06.2024 )
The hotel could preauthorise guest's credit card prior to arrival.
Shoulder season ( April 1 ,2024 - May 12, 2024; July 29, 2024 – October 31, 2024):
