Policy

If the room is cancelled less than 1 day (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.

If the rooms cancelled less than 5 days (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.

If the room is cancelled less than 3 days (by 2 p.m.) prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a penalty equal to one night"s accommodation.

Cancellation policy at Helvetia Hotel depends on a season:

Low season ( January, 10 2026 - March, 31 2026; November, 1 2026 – March, 31 2026)

High season (May 12, 2026 – July 26, 2026 except 02.06.2026 - 06.06.2026 )

Payment conditions and cancellation policy for the period of Logistic Forum (31.03.2026-04.04.2026), Energy Forum (21.04.26-25.04.2026), St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (02.06.2026-07.06.2026), Legal Forum (23.06.2026-27.06.2026) and Gaz Forum are defined separately and are not the same as specified above.
