Every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Yunis Teymurhanli sets up a friendly dinner with guests  at Cafe Claret. The hotelier welcomes both his friends and curious locals and travellers. Each evening in this weekly series is an exciting gastronomic event that also offers great food for thought.

During an informal and friendly conversation Yunis is happy to share his extraordinary experience of creating an excellent independent hotel at the heart of St. Petersburg and making it a great success. In addition to a most engaging conversation, guests can get to know Helvetia better and enjoy an insider’s view of the hotel, as well as receive a book signed by the author as a gift.

At the dinner the hotel’s brand-chef Alexander Bogdanov will personally present his signature Classic gastronomic set. The 7-course set costs 4500 rubles.
